1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or utilizing any part of the Leaseh platform, application programming interfaces (APIs), or associated property management services, you formally acknowledge that you have read, comprehensively understood, and agree to be bound by these exhaustive Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you (the user or the corporate entity you represent) and Leaseh. If you disagree with any provision contained herein, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the platform.

2. Description of the Services Provided

Leaseh provides sophisticated enterprise-grade solutions for real estate professionals, including property portfolio management, tenant screening algorithms, lease generation tools, automated billing systems, and advanced financial analytics. We are committed to continuous innovation; thus, we explicitly reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict access to, or permanently discontinue any feature, module, or functionality of the service at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability to you.

3. User Registration and Account Security Responsibilities

To fully utilize our premium features, you are required to register for a Leaseh account. Upon registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and verifiable registration information, including your legal name and corporate credentials.
• Promptly update your profile to ensure all contact and billing information remains current.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding your account credentials, passwords, and API keys. You bear total responsibility for all activities, unauthorized or otherwise, that occur under your account.
• Immediately notify Leaseh of any suspected unauthorized access, security breaches, or misuse of your account. Leaseh cannot and will not be held liable for any loss resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use Policy and Platform Restrictions

As an explicit condition of using Leaseh, you agree to abide strictly by our Acceptable Use Policy. You shall not, under any circumstances:

• Utilize the platform to violate any local, state, national, or international housing laws, regulations, or anti-discrimination statutes.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights of Leaseh or any third party.
• Upload or transmit any malicious software, viruses, malware, or destructive code designed to disrupt our infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our secure servers, databases, or the accounts of other users through hacking or password mining.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying algorithms of the Leaseh platform.

5. Intellectual Property Rights and Ownership

All visual interfaces, graphics, design elements, software architecture, proprietary algorithms, databases, and functional assets incorporated into the Leaseh platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Leaseh. Your use of our services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the platform for internal property management purposes only. You acquire zero ownership rights or intellectual property interests in the platform itself.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leaseh, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors shall in no event be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, rental income, data, or operational disruptions arising out of your use or inability to use the service. Leaseh provides software tools, not legal or financial advice; you remain entirely responsible for the commercial decisions made using our platform.

7. Dispute Resolution and Termination

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Leaseh is headquartered, and shall be resolved through binding arbitration. We reserve the absolute right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, should you violate these Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases instantaneously.
